My maternal grandmother came from Ceduna. I was born on Boandik country in Mount Gambier, and have strong connection to Boandik country as I grew up in Bordertown and Mount Gambier. Muldu is my interpretation of the country I live and grew up on. To the right of the painting is Black Fellows Caves, followed by Mount Shank, followed by the Blue Lake in the centre of the painting, with Browns and Valley Lakes joining together (these lakes were originally two separate lakes, but over time the separation has eroded and it is now one large lake).
